Once you get to Delhi, the capital city of India, you will start following the steps of the Maharajas. See the Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was the official palace of the Mughal emperors for more than two hundred years. Check out the beautiful castles, gardens, and mosques in the Fort. Afterwards, go to Jama Masjid, one of India's largest mosques and a work of architecture by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Go to the busy Chandni Chowk market. This market is a great place to look for traditional Indian handicrafts and try some of Delhi's famous street food.
