The Forts & Palaces tour of Rajasthan is a fantastic way to explore India’s largest state’s rich cultural and historical heritage. This 11-night, 12-day tour will take you through the most beautiful forts, palaces, and historic sites of Rajasthan, Delhi, and Agra.

Day 01

Arrival in Delhi

Upon your arrival at the airport in Delhi, you will be met by a representative who will assist you with your transfer to your hotel. After checking in, you will have the rest of the day to relax and acclimate to your surroundings.

Day 02

Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will proceed to explore the city of Delhi. Your tour will take you to the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, and Raj Ghat, a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. You will also visit India Gate, a war memorial, and the government buildings, followed by a visit to the Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 03

Delhi to Mandawa

After breakfast, you will depart for Mandawa, located in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, you will visit the Havelis of Mandawa, known for its intricate frescoes and artwork. You will check in to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 04

Mandawa to Bikaner

After breakfast, you will depart for Bikaner. Upon arrival, you will check in to your hotel and have lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit Junagarh Fort, one of the most impressive forts in Rajasthan, and the Government Museum. You'll have supper and stay the night at your hotel.

Day 05

Bikaner to Jaisalmer

After breakfast, you will depart for Jaisalmer, known as the "Golden City" for its yellow sandstone architecture. Upon arrival, you will visit Jaisalmer Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Patwon ki Haveli, a stunning mansion with intricately carved sandstone facades. You will spend the night at your hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 06

Jaisalmer to Sodakore

After breakfast, you will visit Salim Singh ki Haveli and the cenotaphs in Jaisalmer before having lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will depart for Sodakore, a small village known for its dunes. You will have dinner and enjoy traditional dances at the dunes before returning to your resort for an overnight stay.

Day 07

Sodakore to Jodhpur

After breakfast, you will depart for Jodhpur, the "Blue City" for its blue-painted houses. Upon arrival, you will visit the Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India, and Jaswant Thada, a royal cenotaph. During your visits, you will eat lunch at a local eatery. You will then check in to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 08

Jodhpur to Udaipur via Ranakpur

After breakfast, you will depart for Udaipur, known as the "City of Lakes." On the way, you will visit the temples of Ranakpur, known for their intricate marble carvings. You will have lunch at a local eatery before traveling to Udaipur, checking into your hotel for supper, and staying overnight.

Day 09

Udaipur

On day 9, after breakfast, you will visit the City Palace, Sahelion ki Bari, and Jagdish Temple. Later in the evening, you will enjoy a boat ride at Lake Pichola. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Udaipur.

Day 10

Udaipur to Jaipur

On day 10, post breakfast, you will depart for Jaipur, around 396 km from Udaipur. En route, you will have lunch at a local restaurant. Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will check in to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 11

Jaipur

Day 11 will be a full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur, starting with a visit to the Amber Fort. You will also visit Jantar Mantar and City Palace, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12

Agra to Delhi

On day 12, post breakfast, you will depart for Agra, around 205 km from Jaipur. En route, you will visit Fatehpur Sikri and have lunch at a local restaurant. Upon arrival in Agra, you will check in to the hotel and have dinner and an overnight stay.

On the final day of your tour, you will visit the Taj Mahal (closed on Friday) and Agra Fort after breakfast. Post lunch, you will depart for Delhi and transfer to a local restaurant for a farewell dinner. Later in the evening, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
