The North India itinerary is a comprehensive 7-night/8-day tour that takes travelers through some of the most popular and culturally rich cities of India. The tour begins with arrival in Delhi, the capital city, and ends with a visit to the iconic Taj Mahal in Agra. The itinerary covers various destinations, including Mandawa, Bikaner, Pushkar, Jaipur, and Fatehpur Sikri.

Day 01

Delhi
The tour begins with the arrival in Delhi, the capital city of India. As soon as the travelers reach the airport, they will be welcomed by a representative of the tour company who will assist them in transferring to their hotel. The travelers will check into their hotel and rest for a while to shake off the travel fatigue. Delhi, the city of contrasts, has a rich history and a vibrant present. It is a perfect mix of modernity and ancient traditions. Travelers will have the rest of the day to relax and explore the city on their own. After a day of relaxation and exploration, travelers will spend the night on board, in preparation for the exciting journey ahead. The next day, the tour will officially commence with the visit to Mandawa, a small town in the Shekhawati region known for its Havelis.

Day 02

Delhi

After breakfast, travelers will explore the sights of Delhi, including Jama Masjid, India Gate, President House, and Qutub Minar, travelers will embark on a journey to explore the mesmerizing sights of Delhi, the capital city of India. The tour will start with a visit to the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Travelers will get a chance to experience the grandeur of the mosque, surrounded by the bustling streets of Old Delhi.

Next, the tour proceeds towards the iconic India Gate, a war memorial that honors the Indian soldiers who died during World War I. From there, travelers will head towards the President House, also known as the Rashtrapati Bhavan, which is the official residence of the President of India.

Afterwards, the tour will continue towards the Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a stunning example of Mughal architecture. The Qutub Minar is a towering minaret, built by Qutub-ud-din Aibak in the 12th century.

Day 03

Mandawa

The third day of the tour commences with a visit to the Havelis of Mandawa, which is famous for its exquisite painted frescoes. Afterward, the tour will continue towards Bikaner, a city in the northwest region of Rajasthan. Upon arrival in Bikaner, the tourists will visit the Junagarh Fort, which is one of the most well-preserved forts in India. Day 04

Pushkar
After a delicious breakfast, travelers will embark on a journey to the holy town of Pushkar, located in the state of Rajasthan. Pushkar is famous for its numerous temples and annual camel fair. En route, they will visit the famous Temple of Rats in Deshnok. Dedicated to the Hindu goddess Karni Mata, the temple is famous for the presence of thousands of rats who roam freely inside the temple premises. Upon arrival in Pushkar, travelers will be captivated by the colorful ghats, sacred temples, and vibrant bazaars. The Brahma Temple is one of the most popular attractions in Pushkar, and travelers can participate in the aarti (prayer) ceremonies at the ghats. The day will be spent exploring the town, and travelers will spend the night at a comfortable hotel.

Day 05

Jaipur
The next destination on the itinerary is the Pink City of Jaipur, known for its majestic forts, palaces, and bustling bazaars. After arrival in Jaipur, travelers will visit the City Palace, a stunning example of Rajasthani architecture, which also houses a museum showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the region. Upon arrival in Agra, travelers will visit the iconic Taj Mahal, a monument of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Departure
